  • Windows: 2-chamber double glazing with energy-efficient glass and 6-chamber profile. This type of window is chosen for its good sound insulation and frost resistance.

  • Facade: Any type of wooden cladding is installed and coated with façade paint, and can be combined with metal. For an extra charge, ventilated facades or other types are also possible, depending on the style of the house. The entrance door can be chosen by the customer.

  • Electricity: non-combustible cables in metal corrugation, lamps, sockets and light switches, control panel and automation, input RCD and earthing cable to the outside.

  • Sanitary facilities: Thermoflex sanitary pipes are installed and led out at points.
